Complaints policy

We take complaints very seriously. If you wish to make a complaint, you have the choice to either have your complaint investigated by the practice or by NHS England.

Complaints can be made directly to the practice, FAO the practice manager, Michelle Farmer or via the Patient Experience Team at:
