All patients now have a named, accountable GP. The named GP will take lead responsibility for ensuring that any care needed is delivered appropriately, they will work with relevant associated health and social care professionals to deliver a care package that meets your needs, should it be required.

Existing patients will be allocated a named GP who will be the GP you are currently registered with(unless you have been notified directly).

New Patients will be allocated a named GP on registering with the practice (those who register between April and September will be allocated Dr Miller, those who register between October and December will be allocated Dr Tolu and those who register between January and March will be allocated Dr Saltmarsh), and existing patients will be informed of their named GP when next routinely seen in surgery.

Wherever possible those patients who express a preference for a particular GP to be their named GP we will try our utmost to accommodate this, however, this may not always be possible.
